I keep coming back because Maraya Hotel always makes me feel welcome and at home. The staff even helped me find transportation during my first stay. With free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, an indoor pool and so much more, it has everything I need. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The room was spotless, and the hotel's location was beyond perfect, giving us easy access to the breathtaking mountains, mineral pools in Dobrinishte and Banya. Parking was ample and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided exceptional service. The breakfast was simply delicious. One particular staff member, Mario, stood out with his kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. This hotel is a hidden gem and truly made us feel like we had a friend there. The price was reasonable, considering the outstanding experience. The shuttle bus may not have followed a strict schedule, but it was convenient nonetheless. The proximity to the ski lift, just a 5-minute walk away, was a game-changer. The staff, including the receptionist, were incredibly nice and accommodating, catering to our every need. The breakfast surpassed our expectations with its tasty variety. The spa center was a pleasant surprise, with decent sauna and steam room facilities. Additionally, the hotel provided free private parking. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a serene mountainous area where the Gondola to the ski lifts is just a short 5 minute walk away. It's near the city center, providing ample opportunities to explore the local area on foot. the hotel served up a fantastic breakfast, well cooked and with a good variety of options. the rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, and the service was always of the highest quality.

Some of the facilities were not up to par, which can be a disappointment to guests.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the beautiful apartment that we stayed in. The room was cozy and warm, and the decor was brand new and perfect. We also loved the delicious dinner served by the restaurant. Another plus was the helpful and friendly staff, who made us feel welcome and assisted us with any queries we had.

Some aspects of our stay weren't satisfactory. The saunas were quite small and could only fit a maximum of three people, and one of them wasn't working during our stay.

Nothing, it was perfect with no downsides.

The room at Maraya Hotel Bansko was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely balcony where I could enjoy the view. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. I also liked the patio, it added a nice outdoor space to the room. it felt like a home away from home, which is exactly what I look for as a guest.

I personally wasn't a fan of the shower/tub combination in the bathroom, but I know others might find it convenient.

The breakfast was decent and the location was close to the city center which made it easy to explore the area. We also appreciated that there was a shuttle bus service available to take us around.

The hotel fell short in many aspects. the amenities were disappointing, with a broken pool and sauna that were closed more often than not.

Clean, frequent linen changes, good selection of wine, convenient ski gear storage, affordable price.

All was perfect.
